Who we are
Madar Drone (مدار درون) is a drone services business in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia (Commercial Registration 2050219953). We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. This policy follows the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
What we collect
- Contact and quote requests: when you use the form on madardrone.com we receive your name, email, phone number (optional), the service you need, project location and date (optional) and your message.
- WhatsApp, phone and email: if you contact us directly, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to send us.
- Website usage: Google Analytics records how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type) using cookies and similar technologies.
- Project files: photos, video and reports we produce for you may show your property or site.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, prepare quotes and deliver our services.
- To plan flights safely and meet aviation rules.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
- To keep business and tax records required by Saudi law.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers that help us run the website and our business, and only as far as needed:
- Our website and email hosting provider in Saudi Arabia.
- Google (Google Analytics and Google Fonts).
- WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to contact us there.
- TikTok, which serves the embedded video on our pages and may set its own cookies when it loads.
- Government authorities when the law requires it.
Some of these providers may process data outside Saudi Arabia under their own privacy policies.
Your project footage
Files we create for you are delivered privately to you. We only show your project in our portfolio or on social media with your permission.
Cookies and local storage
Google Analytics uses cookies to count visits. Our site also saves your language choice (for the "Browse in Arabic?" suggestion) in your browser so it doesn't ask again. You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and messages for as long as needed to answer them and serve you, and business records for the period Saudi law requires. Analytics data is kept according to Google Analytics retention settings.
Your rights
Under the PDPL you can ask to be informed about how we use your data, to access a copy of it, to correct it, to have it deleted when we no longer need it, and to withdraw your consent. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will reply within the period set by the law.
Security
Our website uses HTTPS encryption and security protections, and access to your data is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
